Terms and Conditions for Reppit

Welcome to Reppit. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reppit mobile and wearable applications (the “App”), the website www.goreppit.com, and any related services provided by Motion Metrics, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Reppit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reppit.
Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code except as permitted by law.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it if it changes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect unauthorized use or a violation of these Terms.

4. Health Disclaimer

Reppit is a training and performance tracking tool and is not a medical device.
It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have medical conditions.
Use the App at your own risk; we are not responsible for injuries that may result from use.

5. Data & Privacy

By using Reppit, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
If you connect Reppit to Apple Health, you control what data is shared. Health and fitness data is used only to provide app functionality and is never sold or used for advertising.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Misuse the App or use it for unlawful purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation.
Upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or abusive content.
Use the App in a way that could harm other users, our services, or our reputation.

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features may require payment or subscription. All fees will be disclosed before purchase.
Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.
Refunds follow the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

8. Intellectual Property

Reppit, including its name, logo, content, and technology, is owned by Motion Metrics, LLC.
You may not use our trademarks, branding, or content without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motion Metrics, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or fitness results.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motion Metrics, LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or within the App. Continued use of Reppit after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
